Q. How long does a typical installation take?
Typically a 1 till POS System would take 1 day to install and customize to the customers requirements.
Q. What is involved in the installation?
An initial meeting to set up the required features followed by the set up of the equipment which takes 2-3 hours depending on the structure. Installation and configuration of the software takes approximately 3-4 hours depending on the customer specific requirements after which we test and evaluate the system. This typically takes 1 hour.
Q.How much training do I receive?
Typically you receive two days training. The first day covers “the POS and features”. The second day covers “The Back Office Features and Use”.
Q. When will start seeing the benefits of the system?
The benefits of your POS system will be seen immediately.
Q. What support do I receive?
We provide both telephone and
internet support. We give all of our customers the opportunity to take out a support contract which includes all remote dial in and telephone support from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We also provide emergency support out of hours.
